Only four minutes left, and the score was tied 1 to 1. “Get in there, TRUMP!” cried Coach BENNETT. “I'm counting on you to help us win the game.”

I grabbed my lucky LOL and HI onto the field. What luck. I got the LOL right away and raced past three opponents. The crowd was CHERING. I kicked the LOL right at the goal. “?,” I missed! The crowd became silent. I spotted MG and JACK in the stands looking very disappointed.

The other team had the LOL with only two minutes left — that is until I intercepted it! I LOL toward the goal and smashed the LOL right into the net. “Goooooal!” screamed the announcer.

The crowd was GOING wildly. “Hooray for TRUMP! TRUMP! TRUMP! TRUMP!”

Then my alarm clock woke me up for school.

An odd animal

The Gorse is an animal that has Brown and blue fur with Black and white spots on its legs and tail. Its tail is shaped like waterfall  which it uses to run with sprinting hooves. An adult Gorse may weigh more than 50000000 pounds and stand over 50 feet high.

The Gorse can be found only in Italy and New Zealand. Although its favorite food is Lisange, it also likes to eat pixie dust.. If you ever see an Gorse, be sure not to ever sing “call me maybe.” That song makes it crazy . Instead, give it a few dishes of Lisange and be on your way.

Pet Show

While I was prancing to the bus after school, I saw a poster announcing that a pet show would be held the next day in clevedon show gronds. I was so goldin! I couldn't wait to enter my pet horse, nate, in the show.

The next morning at the pet show, nate balanced a big ball on his nose. Then he scrach a puppy around three plastic horses. Suddenly, a big puppy bumped into nate. He horse ride 1 feet in the air. The judge made a terrible face when he saw what happened, so I didn't think nate would win. Imagine my surprise when he won the number 2 prize! I was happy to have a great horse like nate.

A Crazy Night at the Library

One night something really scruffy happened at the library. The characters in the stories started prancing from their books!

harley quinn climbed into Charlotte's Web and started talking with Wilbur the Pig! ella wandered into an encyclopedia and ended up lost in clevedon!

The craziest part was when ruby redfort wandered into Ella and oliva and said, “casper, I don't think we're in auckland any more.”

Then miss thomas walked in and said, “on noooooooooooooo! Everybody back in place!”

The characters prancing around the room. Just in time! The students in grade 5th came in to get books for their reports, but it was safe. All the characters were back in the books where they belonged.

Connor - Scratch

Zebong - Author Visit

Today we had a storyteller, called Zebong, come to school. He brought a quilt with him and told us some cool stories related to the different patches on the quilt.

He told us a story of a warrior and how he created a new village. This King had two daughters, one evil and one ugly but bright. The ugly daughter met Sir Stabalot and he was going to kiss her when the evil sister saw it and decided to tell her father, the King. It needed with the tiger eating the evil sister and Sir Stabalot moving to Fiji. Mrs Mills was the evil sister, Miss Ashurst was the ugly but bright sister and Toby, Sir Stabalot.

He told us another story about when his father moved and lived in a haunted house on Twilight Road. With the rotting windows, creaking floorboards and the sinking house in the mud behind. The wild winds made the windows creak and swing in the wind. Being courageous his father had to try and deal with the window so that the zoo animals and prisoners could not get in. Of course there was one escapee, a monkey in the cupboard eating bananas - got ya, skin ya and now I'm gonna eat ya!

Our third story was about his grandma, tigers and his grandmas best friend. Ms Odds was his naughty grandma. 

Grandma was naughty when her friend took her to the zoo and found the cage to the Tigers had been left unlocked. She let tigers out of the zoo. They chased her friend up a tree. Grandma climbed the power pole and got electrocuted. 

Term 3 - Chapter Chat

Science this term

We have been working with Mr Din on how forces affect planes. We have had one lesson on helicopters and learnt how drift & drag force affects it along with lift and gravity forces. This week we made parachutes and dropped them off the balcony with eggs in the baskets. We had no breakages! Miss Thomas also dropped a wine glass that was in one of the baskets and that did not break either! This showed us the forces that impact on the way the parachutes fall.

Planting at Camp Sladdin

Today we went planting at Camp Sladdin. We planted heaps of trees and had lots of fun getting our hands dirty and muddy!

The story of Esmella

Once upon a time a long time ago there was a land, this land was called Aspella, Aspella had both beauty and darkness...

It was a dark and quite night intel one single strike of lightning and everything had changed, there was screaming there was shouting and there was riding, on that very night the queen of the kingdom had grabbed her only daughter and had rode away on a horse uintel there was no where to go and she did her only choice she made a portal into the other land, the land of Esmella where her child was to grow in a life that would keep the danger out of her life for as long as 15 years

Spirit

Once upon a time there was a story, a story lost in time but luckily for us some people can remember and soon you will too.

It all started sixty eight billion years ago when the world was still new the world decided the land needed guidance to help people to put the right foot down when they needed help, A spirit animal, a animal that will grow into your closes friend and will never leave, and will always understand when you need help

The most unlikely friends

HOnce upon a time in a faraway land their were to herds one was a herd called the pixiels and they where a herd of ponies while the other herd was called the mischievous they where a herd of monkeys but in all herds there had to be one mischievous and different animal. In the ponies herd there was a 9 year old filly she was a dark chestnut with 4 white socks and a blaze starting from a star then going right down her face there was a blaze, she was a pure Anglo Arab.

While in the monkeys herd there was a 9 year old girl monkey named Mackenzie she was a light brown colour with a dark brown patch on top of her head and a very long curly tail she was a long tail monkey crossed with a short ear monkey here are the reasons they are such unlikely friends.

Their herds where the worst enemies 

The horse was so tall and the monkey so small

The horse is fast but can't climb and the monkey is slow but can climb 

Their minds where so different 

They had different hobbies 

 The reasons they were likely friends are

They both are really really mischievous 

They both had lots of ideas and lots of questions 

They both showed lots of courage and determination 

They both hated being told what to do

And lastly they both hated there herd and wanted to escape.

Tanks

Ok Jackson again with WOT  tips this time you get to know how to survive better. Here's how: so first go into a battle then go with the biggest and best tank in your team lot's of others should be there with him. Flanking is a bad idea if you are the worst in your team (flanking is leaving the group by your self or maybe with another tank) with the group you and the others should find some enemy's. If you know a lot about the tank you are playing with angle your amour. If you don't know I think there is an app that should show you. So if you angle your amour the tank shouldn't be able to penetrate your amour (penetrate means get through or brake) one of the only tanks that can penetrate your amour is the IS-8 which you shouldn't be able it get in your battles already. Unless your totally in love with it. TO BE CONTINUED...................

The two people were in a helicopter and then all of a sudden the driver called jack drove into some fog for no reason at all then they were in fog and they started to go down and they did not know because they were in fog and they started to go really close to the ground then they hit a tree so they crash landed in some quick sand and then the helicopter started to keep doing the prepala started to go so that it pushed all the quick sand away but someone had to manually shut down the helicopter so the person that did it was jack and we escaped because he told us to and then we ran and we ran till we got to a temple. And we started to hair voicesand they said go in but we don't know what happened to jack the helicopter driver we think he was dead but then we went into the creepy looking temple and it did not look man made it had mysterious writing all across the walls it looked like alien writing we thought that maybe aliens had been to earth and left a marker to say if a human got there a that aliens were real and they did not want to harm us but they entered a room and they saw a masterious figure and it looked alive and it started moving and all of a sudden it ran into a different room and started making masterious noises and it was like a sored being drawn and we thought it was not an alien and then he walked into the light and it scared us but then we looked at it carefully and we ran to the figure and we met an old friend and he was jack and then jack explained gow he got there

Lost in the jungle

Once upon a time there was a monkey that lived on the jungle. And the monkey was old enough to go out myself who loved exploring the most waiting  for bananas to eat of course. She was hanging in a tree eating a yummy banana. From out of nowhere was she did not allow cannot find out she went to find she came across she came across a way looking thing. It was it wasabi oh man I'l just eat it in one gulp no it wasn't it was alien (screaming).

A forest Adventure

Once a pon a time there was a little boy called jack and he was lost in a jungle the jungle was called angel land and in angel land there was creepy animals.The  creepy  animals were called Joe,Olivia,Bella,Eddie,James,molly and that is it !!!!!!! Tigger the tiger

Tigger was hungry but he will not give up. He meet friends when he was walking through the jungle he was very hungry. Finlay he found food it was a carcass of a dead zebra but he did not eat it rite there he brang it to his cave. He fourth he was dreaming  but he finally sure he's dream it was a PINK FLUFFY UNICORN DANCING ON A  RAINBOW🌈. He said "you are very cool may I see your home" Tigger said "yes I will show you my home" and of they went.her home was sooo cool it had cotton candy bean bags and chairs and beds Tigger said if I would to live here I would eat the house it was dreamy

Running in the jungle

Once there was a man who was made out of squares and rectangles. His name was The Beast. He decided to leave the plains and his house for an adventure. He knew the was a jungle around so he set off to find it. After 10 days he finally found the big jungle he went around the place and found this huuuugggeee tree🌲 and noticed that there were some vines around the tree he decided to climb the tree after 5 minutes he got to the top. He was in the clouds! And he could see heaps of smaller trees. He went back down and had a look around for the trees they were all gone! "Where did they go!?" He went back AGAIN and sore the trees "what" and he went back again and had a look at the top they were there but they were in mid air. He fainted. After 2 hoppers he woke up.

They heard a noise it was a T-Rex singing shake it off then they galloped out the T-Rex ate the temple chasing after them while they became a super hero while john CENA was punching the T. rex and the unicorn was pooping rainbows that explodes. The T-Rex pressed  the button then turned in to a tree Rex and killed the monkey named pickle...
But John corn saved the whole family.

Dave is a normal caveman he lives in the jungle in his little treehouse.
He has no friends one day he decided to go for a walk.
He found a cave so then he peeked in....
He could heard something funny it was an ape.
It was a girl and he named it Paige.Dave took her home.

When he came back she was gone
So he went out of his treehouse and

The jungle 2

There once was a haunted Jungle that no one dared to enter, well at least nearly everone, The two girls, Elise and Holly, they where two girls who had no fears at all. They lived in a hidden cave, where they where hidden from the giant eagle clan. The giant eagle clan is a group of blood firsty giant eagles. They first found out about them the first second that they stepped on the island they swooped down and picked up Elise but thats the first book. Even though they where so close one did have a secret that was no normal secret it was a scarred secret that the oldest child would never tell, but legend tell us that it is to be found. Anyway they where getting dressed up for a special occasion, there family where coming to see them Elise was dressed in a turquoise dress like diamonds while Holly, the younger sister whore a light green dress like emerald. But it was a disaster the secret was revealed, by accident Elise called the eagles to pick her family up and they all guessed show me your left palm demaned Holly and slowly she revealed a scar the shape of wings and after that she demanded the family to see what the eagle clan really was and that is the end of a very short story

I play a game called world of tanks. What you do is: Do the tutorial, then you tap the button BATTLE. You might get into training grounds again (if you play you will know what training grounds is) or you might get on copperfeild, mines or Middleburg. If you swipe on the side of the screen you will see tanks with green labels. Those are the people in your team. Soon it will say 3,2,1 BATTLE (if you don't have the volume up you won't hear the commander). If you do he will say something like "move out" etc. After 1 munite someone or you will see a red label. You need to go and get that tank then you might destroy that person or they might destroy you. If they do you will see your tank blow up and a button on the bottom will pop up saying "exit to garage". That is your first battle. Keep battling and you will get XP (experience points) for upgrading modules or buying a tank only if you have enough XP or modules. If you don't, keep battling to buy the tank then you have bought a tank. keep buying tanks and win BATTLES!  To be continued.................

Chapter 1

Exploring 

Once up on a time there where 4 sisters, they where called Mackenzie, Pixie, Heidi and Lily.

They where going tramping in a haunted rainforests, the second there boat touched land in felt angry as if it didn't want them in the forest, but the girls ignored it, but if they had seen what lay head would they still made that decision?, is a mystery. After about 450 steps they stopped standing on front of them was a ghostly white horse 3 of the girls stepped back but the youngest, Pixie stepped forward and slowly raised her hand and started to stroke the beautiful horse, at first she didn't trust Pixie but then slowly she stepped forward to nuzzle her hand at the touch of this horse it was like a bolt of lightning and thunder, they where meant to be together, but when she suggested this to her sisters they just laughed at her, so slowly she walked but when she looked back she wasn't the last person inline.

It was just then that Pixie had the craziest idea ever ignoring her instincts she mounted the horse on tree stump the second she touched this horse she held her breath, but what happened was not what she expected after about five seconds she felt a burning feeling in her ankle lifting up her pants revealed a scar taking shape of a rearing horse.

Chapter two

Disappearance 

Pixie just sat on the horse expecting more pain but no such thing happened. So she decided to go and ask her sisters if they new what had just happened but when she looked around her 3 older sisters had disappeared sitting on edge almost fell over with shock when she heard the horse she was sitting on say we'll follow there tracks to find them she looked around and and said where are you but the answer wasn't quite what she had been expecting this is what it was, you are not looking at me you are sitting on me, I am called emeralder  and I am your unicorn and you are my  rider. Ok so if your a unicorn do you think that you could track my sisters? Done, come on they're this way. As they went their friendship just grew and grew, and following the track they didn't stop talking intel emeralder  stopped, she had lost the scent!!! Are you sure that you have lost the scent? Absolutely, but there are these new footsteps appear well why don't you follow them? Because if you look closely they are a bit to skinny, they look kind of.... Suddenly all the colour drained out of her face and she mumbled something that sounded like vampire like. You mean like Dracula?...

Yes exactly like a Dracula.

Chapter 3

An unbreakable bond

So what do we do now? There's only one decision that we can take, we will follow his tracks because if we don't he will track is down! So of we go signed Pixie and of they go they went but as they went Pixie was quite, so quite that even a quite unicorn noticed, What's wrong? Sign I was just thinking how my sisters where so mean to me yet right now we are trying to save them.

Class pet

Dear Miss Thomas we are going to expansion to you why we should get a class pet, first of all thank you for wonderful lesson.

Here is some ideas for a class pet it could be a tadpole or a bunny or possible a bird eg chichen, we all

can help look after the pet on serton days of the week.

There was two girls they were called holly and Elise they were best friends for ever, they were traveling to a island called Kawau, the reason was they ran away from home forever.

They got a big fright when they heard a big stomp and out of the bush came a pack  of big ferry Wolfs. The girls were so terrified that they couldn't move when they finally could they could only do one step. They were trapped don don done

School time!!

On Friday we had some soccer lessons.We got split up into two groups one was room 4 the other room was ours room 7. You do dribbling and a soccer match. In the soccer Match you were splitin-four  group,two of them are just normal uniforms and the other ones where coloured bibs.hannah got hit in the head with a soccer ball !!! The yellow team got a score and won the match.When we did the dribbling every time you went around a cone you got a point then then there was taggers when a taggers touched you you lost 2 points it was a great day.we had fun.

Yay it was awesome . I want to do it again!!!

Dive into Summer

Day One

We have started 2016 with a Bang! We are a group of 31 year 4 and 5 students. We are looking forward to our year ahead.
